The Forest Crest neighborhood is located on the north West Bloomington within the Marsh Lake community. Washburn Elementary is an excellent school serving 415 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Other schools in the area include Olsen Elementary and Middle School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and Normandale Community College.
